Policies and Procedures

Welcome to our new web site! As the number of our rental homes grow, so does our web site. Below we have categorized our homes into three areas. All our homes are on Beaver Lake. Lake Front Homes are on the water and have lake access. Lake View Homes have a view of Beaver Lake but are still within a couple minutes of Lost Bridge Park where you can launch your boat or enjoy the swim area. Our Cabins are smaller homes and can be lake front, lake view, or tucked away in the woods near the lake.

Lake Front Homes

Most of our homes are Lake Front and are right on Beaver Lake with a short easy walk to the water, while others have more of a hill which will expose you as a flatlander!

Lake View Homes

Our Lake View homes have varying views of Beaver lake. The views are breath taking and are enjoyable overlooking the beauty of the Ozark Mountains and Beaver Lake.

our cabins are cozy and comfortable. All these are good for couples or small families. Most have access to the water and some are snuggled in the woods while still being close to the lake.
