General Policies:

1. There is a three(3) day minimum stay on all homes--four (4) days on the 4th of July holiday.
2. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath per rental.

   To Check In:
   

   1. Call our office the day before you are to check in to make arrangements to register and pick up the key to your vacation home.
   2. Zink Realty & Vacation Home Rentals is located in Garfield, Arkansas at 17425 E. Hwy 62. Our office is across the street from the Garfield Post Office.
   3. Check in time is 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you cannot arrive during that time, you can request a Late Check In. You MUST sign the rental agreement and place it in the mailbox beside our door.

   Zink Realty & Vacation Home Rentals / Homeowners Provide:
   

   • Kitchen
   1. Dishes
   2. Silverware
   3. Pots and pans
   4. Dish cloth/kitchen towel
   5. Dish/dishwasher soap
   6. One (1) roll paper towels per rental
   • Bedrooms/Baths
   1. Sheets/pillow cases
   2. Bath towel, and washcloth for each person (let us know how many people will be in your party, otherwise we provide six (6) of each in each home per rental). Bath towels are for bathing only and are not to be taken out of the home. You should bring beach towels for swimming.
   3. Two rolls of toilet paper per bath per rental
   4. Liquid soap for bathing
   • Utility
   1. Most homes have washer/dryers and you are welcome to use them to launder bath towels, and any clothing you may need during your stay. You need to bring laundry detergent for that purpose.
   2. Vacuum, broom, and mop for those "accidents" and quick clean-ups. If a major accident occurs (stain on carpet, etc.) please call the rental office immediately.

   To Check Out:
   

   1. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please be on time so that the home can be ready for the next renters to start their vacation.
   2. Leave the used beds unmade.
   3. Place all dirty towels and washcloths in the bathtub.
   4. Wash all dishes and put them away.
   5. Make sure that all trash is bagged and placed in the outside raccoon-proof containers provided.
   6. Trash is picked up Tues,Thur & Sat.
   7. Bring the key(s) back to the rental office. This is how we know you are out and housekeeping can clean the home. There is a $50.00 charge per hour after 11:00 am.

   Cancellation Policy:
   One day rental charge for less than four (4) weeks' notice. Full rental charge for 2 week cancellation or less.
